Job Description

A student worker for the Department of Visual and Performing Arts is a representative of the office both in the office and on campus. The appointed individual will:

• Be reliable/dependable/professional.
• Light office duties (answer phones, be a friendly and outgoing/team player).
• Be required to work evenings/weekends for various campus events.
• Assist in moving band equipment.
• Be knowledgeable with various software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Run campus errands.
• Learn particulars/responsibilities of the office.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Salary and Hours

• Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.
• Students will work a total of eight (8) hours per week
