Grand Canyon University seeks Junior Admission Support Counselors to support student recruitment and enrollment. You will work with a team of University Admissions Counselors to assist with registration and admissions paperwork, while coordinating virtual and onsite visitations for counselors.
Ideal candidates are highly motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across multiple recruitment activities and systems.
Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking Junior Admission (NFWS) Support Counselors (JC) to reinforce the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Student Contact Center. Junior Counselors will work closely with full-time University Admissions Counselors to assist with student registration, while providing additional assistance to support various student recruiting activities.
Ideal candidate is highly motivated, with a passion for student success and GCU’s Christian mission.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to multitask throughout your shift.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; other systems knowledge desired.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Monday - Saturday hours vary based on the semester and business needs. Hours of operation are typically Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 9am-1pm with most positions staffed for our later afternoon shifts.
