Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a friendly, organized PRN Administrative Assistant to join the team in Orlando, FL. You will answer phones, greet visitors, handle mail, scan documents, and support department operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, proficient MS Office skills, and excellent communication. This on-site role offers day shifts and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls, greets visitors, and responds to basic visitor inquiries.
• Picks up and delivers department mail. Makes copies and performs document scanning.
• Schedules appointments in Outlook. Performs data entry, files documents and types various documents.
• Runs errands as needed. Organises and maintains inventory of department supplies.
• Assembles informational packets and creates marketing flyers.
