Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a PRN Front Desk/Admissions assistant at our Orlando facility. You will handle front desk duties, greet guests, schedule tours, and support recruitment activities while maintaining data accuracy in Goldmine.

Applicants must be a student enrolled at ADU; bilingual abilities are preferred. Schedule is Day shift; pay range listed below, and benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be enrolled as a student at ADU.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts phone call campaigns for prospective and current students.
• Participates in weekly team meetings and professional development.
• Greets and provides exceptional customer service to guests at the Front Desk.
• Answers phones and schedules, confirms, and administers tours.
• Builds and maintains quality interactions with Faculty and Staff members.
• Represents the department and abides by recruitment code of conduct and hospitality standards at all times.

Job Description

• Conducts phone call campaigns for prospective and current students.

• Ensures student and prospect data accuracy and integrity in Goldmine.
• Provides input for communications initiatives in Goldmine.
• Engages in on and off-campus recruiting events and assists with inventory and preparations for such events.
• Greets and provides exceptional customer service to guests at the Front Desk.
• Answers phones and schedules, confirms, and administers tours.
• Builds and maintains quality interactions with Faculty and Staff members.
• Scans for security threats while on Front Desk duties.
• Represents the department and abides by recruitment code of conduct and hospitality standards at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
