Job summary

East Texas A&M University in Commerce, TX is seeking a Student Worker to support the CITE-IT environment as a Support Technician. You will help faculty, staff and students with technology needs across classrooms, labs, and offices, including projectors, Windows desktops, and iMac workstations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resolving tickets via remote or on-site at front desk.
• Perform basic software re-imaging, installations, and driver updates.
• Assist with device setup, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Help create and document troubleshooting articles and processes.
• Support software access and account provisioning.
• Assist with basic AV troubleshooting.
• Other duties as assigned.
