Job summary

The role reports to School-Based Administrators/Mental Health Liaison and requires collaboration with counselors, social workers, and EC teams to coordinate care and safety plans.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with a college degree or who are working toward one.
• Experience in mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to triage and respond to behavior needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with counselors and staff to manage a caseload.
• Create and manage a daily student meeting schedule.
• Respond promptly to behavior support radio calls.
• Log daily data points in Google Forms.
• Coordinate care and develop behavior/safety plans.
• Teach self-regulation and related social-emotional skills.
• Provide guidance to school personnel as needed.
• Maintain relationships with families and staff.
• Maintain a safe, regulated ReSet room environment.
