Job summary

Lorain County Community College is seeking dependable student Welcome Desk Attendants for the HPER facilities. You will greet patrons, log entries, assist with memberships, and help with events and rentals.

The ideal candidate is 18+, enrolled in 6+ credits with a 2.0 GPA or higher, able to lift 30 lbs, reliable, punctual, computer literate, and has good phone etiquette. CPR certification is required upon employment if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and an enrolled student carrying 6.0+ credit hours with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
• A basic CPR certification is required and must be obtained upon employment if not already certified.
• Must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, computer literate, and possess proper phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet and log eligible participants in and out of the facility.
• Sign patrons up for memberships and assist with rentals, events, and classes.
• Help with setup/breakdown of rentals, athletic events, and classes.
• Clean equipment, perform laundry duties, and maintain organization of HPER facilities.
