Job summary

Oregon State University is seeking a part-time Student Web & Marketing Assistant to support the Career Development Center. You will edit and enhance the CDC website, promote career services, and collaborate with the marketing team to tell the center's story across OSU communications channels.

You will gain experience in content management, analytics, and digital marketing while contributing to events and newsletters for OSU students and the campus community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production, editing, posting, and maintenance of the Career Development Center website and online blog.
• Troubleshoot website problems and identify solutions with the Director of Marketing & Communications.
• Respond to requests for website updates from CDC team members.
• Post blog entries, videos, images, PDFs and other content as needed.
• Select and optimize photos for web.
• Assist with creation of email newsletters to drive online traffic.
• Use Google Analytics to prepare monthly web analytics reports.
• Update Career Development Center events on the OSU online events calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing team to share the center's mission and impact.
