Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point seeks a CASE Trips Coordinator to organize, promote, and implement Alternative Break service trips. You will collaborate with Living Lands & Waters and other partners, lead pre-trip meetings, and support staff during trips.

As a part-time student employee, you will attend trainings, manage materials, and assist with fundraising while ensuring safety and communication with attendees.

Qualifications

• The CASE Trips Coordinator must have knowledge of the CASE and be comfortable presenting information to large groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties and weekly meetings with supervisor.
• Maintain and update transition materials.
• Attend staff training retreats in summer and winter.
• Coordinate trip promotion with the promotions team.
• Organize, promote, and implement alternative break trips.
• Lead pre-trip meetings and attend trips.
