Job summary

KRISE Transportation, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA seeks an Assistant Student Transportation Operations Manager to help run daily school-transport services, supervise drivers, and coordinate dispatch, maintenance and reporting.

You will work with regional leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with DOT and district contracts. This role requires hands-on leadership and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
• Three or more years of experience in Student Transportation operations.
• Ability to obtain a CDL with P, S and air brake endorsements within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility and assigned operations.
• Coordinate driver recruitment and training to ensure coverage of routes.
• Provide coaching and feedback to operations staff and drivers.
• Review payroll, accounts receivable/payable and month-end reporting.
• Ensure contracts and district reporting meet requirements and safety standards.
