Job summary

Krise Transportation-2 is seeking an Assistant Student Transportation Operations Manager in Coopersburg, PA to lead daily operations across the school transport network. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
• Three or more years of Student Transportation operations experience.
• Ability to obtain a CDL with P, S and air brake endorsements and pass a school bus driver physical within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility and assigned operations.
• Meet with staff and drivers to communicate company mission and address concerns.
• Visit school district contacts to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate driver recruitment and training to ensure route coverage and staffing.
