Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Student Transportation operations.
• Ability to obtain a CDL with P, S and air brake endorsements and pass a school bus driver physical within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of one or more transportation facilities.
• Lead staff, drivers, and dispatch to meet operational goals.
• Engage school district contacts to ensure service satisfaction and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage payroll, budget, and month-end financial reporting at terminal level.
• Coordinate with regional leadership and district administration to optimize routes and safety.
