Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding transportation partners and managing daily trips.
• Support parents and districts to address needs and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle day-to-day client start-ups, retention, and development to grow business.
• Assist in capturing new business opportunities with current and new clients.
• Coordinate with internal staff on proposals and negotiations with customers.
• Oversee staff equipment and driver/staff credentials and badges as required.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting transportation and implement required updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and national transportation providers.
• Communicate proposed routes during startup periods with local service providers.
• Ensure accounts run efficiently and customer service levels meet client expectations.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and manage a large driver/partner pool.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create reports and programs to improve service quality and reduce costs.
• Maintain a safe and efficient environment for passengers, contractors, and non-riding public by adhering to policies.
