Qualifications

• Must maintain safe driving history and follow all policies.
• Ability to work independently across assigned routes.
• Comfortable using fleet and workforce tech systems (Samsara, Dayforce).

Responsibilities

• Transport students safely and courteously in accordance with laws and policies.
• Follow routes and schedules to pick up and drop off students.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety checks of the vehicle.
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment inside the vehicle and enforce rules.
• Assist students boarding and exiting, including mobility devices as required.
• Report delays, defects, or incidents to dispatch and management.
