Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience collaborating across institutions or departments.
• Effective presentation and communication skills in groups and one-on-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming bridge for technical college students exploring transfer pathways.
• Provide one-on-one guidance on stackable degree options.
• Proactively reach out to students early in programs.
• Guide students through transfer and articulation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle student records per policies.
• Develop partnerships with Utah Technical Colleges and USU departments.
• Represent USU transfer programs at events and informational sessions.
• Assist with articulation awareness and cross-campus collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
