Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Ability to live in Northern Utah and work from home.
• Willingness to travel to support recruitment activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic recruitment strategy for undergraduates in Northern Utah and surrounding states.
• Build relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, alumni, and other constituents.
• Support prospective students through the admissions process across all channels and assist with enrollment.
• Generate and analyze enrollment analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
• Utilize CRM tools (Element 451) to track recruitment efforts and applicant progress.
• Prepare reports on admissions statistics, campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Coordinate and market student recruitment events and represent the university at fairs.
• Travel locally for recruitment activities and work from home when not traveling.
