Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in adult education, career counseling, academic advising, or a related field.
• Experience working with non-traditional or adult learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advises adult learners in one-on-one settings, helping them design education plans to achieve their education and career goals and pathway milestones.
• Recruits adult learners into workforce education programs that align with regional economic focus areas.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for enrolled learners, providing ongoing connection and support throughout their educational journey.
• Tracks learner progress and makes data-informed recommendations to improve retention and success.
