Job summary

Johnson County Community College seeks a Testing Services Specialist to input student information and manage required testing processes. The role proctors and processes secure exams within a team setting, coordinating with students, faculty, staff, and community members while adhering to applicable mandates.

The position is part-time temporary with 12 hours per week, in a non-exempt capacity, and a starting salary range determined by experience. A hybrid schedule is not available.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Moderate skill set and proficiency in the discipline.
• Independent judgment with some supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proctor, administer, and process exams in a secure testing environment.
• Use the testing management system to manage testing materials.
• Maintain a confidential testing environment for students with disabilities.
• Engage with students, faculty, staff, and community members as the first testing contact.
• Ensure exams are returned to the appropriate faculty or external testing organization.
• Assist with maintenance of testing equipment and a suitable testing environment.
