Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is seeking an Exam Proctor for part-time, hourly work in the campus testing environment. This role requires closely monitoring testing sessions, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining secure, orderly testing spaces for students and staff.

The position reports to the Campus Testing Supervisor, emphasizing professional conduct, collaboration with students/faculty, and timely handling of testing materials and incidents.

Qualifications

• An associate's degree in a related field of higher education.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students, faculty, and staff.
• Proctor experience preferred and considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students' testing sessions.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to suspected testing irregularities to maintain testing integrity.
• Return completed academic testing materials to the campus testing supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the testing rooms.
• Perform other related duties as required.
