Job summary

Lone Star College is seeking a Part-Time PC Technician II to support and maintain computer systems and peripherals in the Health Professions Building. The role involves installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware while ensuring optimal workstation performance.

The position is part-time with on-site duties; responsibilities include end-user assistance, basic networked device support, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with PC hardware and operating systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with end users to identify and deliver required PC services.
• Act as a liaison and provide training and support to end users and staff on computer operations and other issues.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot level I & II end user workstation hardware and software.
