Qualifications

• Must be a current Del Mar College student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
• Strong customer service background and effective communication.
• Good clerical skills including phones, filing, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with computer issues.
• Support loaner program for check-in/check-out of laptops and calculators.
• Keep the computer lab clean and organized for students.
• Foster a friendly, productive learning environment.
• Update software/hardware on loaner devices.
• Answer phones and provide checkout information.
• Enter data for TRC equipment checkouts.
• File documents and maintain records.
