Qualifications

• 2 years of professional work experience.
• 6 months of customer support experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm with stressed customers.
• Comfortable using computers.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Florida high school and college students about scholarships and grants.
• Support customers and document interactions.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Position renewal for the next fiscal year based on performance.
