Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Substitute Bus Attendant for the 2026-2027 school year to support district-wide transportation. You will assist students boarding and riding the bus and work closely with bus drivers to ensure safe, orderly travel.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work with students, excellent judgment, and New Jersey criminal-history approval. Availability ASAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work with school students in a transportation setting.
• Good teamwork with bus drivers and school staff.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making.
• Criminal History approval from the State of New Jersey is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students while riding the bus
• Assist students on and off the bus
• Assist preschool students with buckling seat belts
• Other duties as directed
