Responsibilities

• Direct Student Support and Mentorship: build trusting relationships with students and provide guidance during daily interactions.
• Support behavior management using PBIS framework and restorative practices.
• Engage families through regular communication and connect them with counselors and community resources.
• Maintain student records, assist with scheduling and logistics for programs and events.
• Monitor student progress and document engagement and behavior trends.
