The Muskego-Norway School District is seeking a dedicated program aide to assist in instructional activities and supervise students in both structured classes and during unstructured times. The role includes behavior support, basic health and self-care assistance, and potential transport duties in school vans. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, dependable driving, a DPI Spec.

• DPI Spec. Ed. Program Aide certification or willingness to become certified.
• Must be able to lift/restrain students up to 80 pounds.
• Flexible hours and dependable driving record required.
• Good communication with staff, students and parents.
• Ability to use computer equipment and assistive technology devices.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in instructional activities and supervise students in regular and unstructured settings.
• Support behavior management strategies and consequences as needed.
• Assist with self-help skills and, when required, health care procedures.
• Transport students in school vans for activities when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administrator or classroom teacher.
