Job summary

StaffVengers LLC is seeking Dedicated Aides to support a specific student within a school setting. You will help manage behavior, reinforce classroom expectations, and ensure the student’s safety and participation in activities.

You will accompany the student to classes, assist with assignments, monitor progress, and maintain confidential documentation under the guidance of teachers and school staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of behavior management techniques.
• Ability to support academic assignments and IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Shadow assigned student throughout the school day and document progress.
• Maintain required documentation of student behaviors and academic progress.
• Assist student with classwork and transitions between classes and activities.
• Provide feedback to teachers and team members to adjust interventions.
• Contribute to a safe, engaging learning environment and support clerical duties.
