Job summary

The Foundation Schools seeks Dedicated Aides to support assigned students throughout the school day, implementing behavior modification and school policies while assisting with academics and goals. You will document progress and collaborate with teachers to ensure safety and positive learning experiences.

Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, supporting classroom activities, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Six months of formal training or experience in special education settings preferred.
• Related coursework in special education or related field preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shadow assigned student and document progress with required records.
• Help student reduce inappropriate behaviors using behavior management techniques.
• Assist with implementing lesson plans and IEP goals.
• Provide classroom support and adapt instructions to meet student needs.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and professional boundaries with students.
