KIPP New Jersey is seeking a Student Support Advocate to help keep students safe, supported, and ready to learn. You will work under the Assistant Principal of Culture, collaborating with Deans, Assistant Deans of Students, and the ADSL to support hallways, student store, and caseloads.

Responsibilities include visible presence in corridors, supporting culture systems, and partnering with teachers to monitor caseload students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Be present and visible during arrival, hallway transitions, lunch, and dismissal; ensure safe, orderly movement.
• Staff and support the student store during operating hours and track inventory and incentives.
• Maintain a small caseload of students and observe them in classrooms; provide in-the-moment support.
• Assist Deans and Assistant Deans with day-to-day execution of culture systems and events.
