Penn State University’s School of International Affairs seeks a part‑time Student Support Specialist to be the primary staff contact for student affairs cases and crises, liaising with Student Care, Disability Resources, Counseling Services, and other units as needs arise.

The role includes advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, supporting the SIA Peer Success Leader program, and coordinating a weekly events bulletin. The schedule is approx. 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary staff point of contact for student affairs cases and crises.
• Liaise with units such as Student Care and Advocacy, Disability Resources, and Counseling Services.
• Lead DEI efforts and the SIA Peer Success Leader program.
• Plan and promote student events and activities; advise the SIA Student Government Association.
• Other duties as assigned.
