Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Irving, TX is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support retention and certification outcomes from onboarding to graduation.

You will build relationships with students, address barriers to success, and track milestones while collaborating with faculty and departments to ensure program completion and student success. This is a full-time, on-site role with up to $30/hr compensation.

Qualificações

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills with a student-centered approach.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with shared accountability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours and travel locally or overnight as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active caseload of students and meet defined performance metrics, including retention and progression.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact and advocate for students throughout their academic journey.
• Drive retention and certification outcomes through early intervention and milestone tracking.
• Document all student interactions and outcomes accurately.
• Support student success events and collaborate with other departments.
