Job summary

International Education Corporation (IEC) is seeking an experienced Director of Education for our Phoenix campus. The role oversees the campus education team, ensuring delivery of quality programs and the implementation of academic strategies to meet retention and completion goals.

You will supervise faculty, monitor attendance and progress, and oversee curriculum reviews and advising across students at risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of combined management, teaching and education administration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal/state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies.
• Supervise and coach faculty and staff; conduct monthly advisements.
• Recruit, train, and develop faculty; perform classroom observations.
• Prepare class schedules to optimize student learning; monitor progress.
• Advise students regularly on progress and attendance.
