Qualifications

• Two years of student retention or related experience at a college or university.
• Experience in student development, engagement, and early alert intervention.
• Ability to work with high-risk students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to at-risk students, creating programs of support.
• Respond to faculty/staff Early Alerts and support students' goals.
• Provide academic advising services to new, continuing, and transfer students.
• Utilize data to guide interventions and monitor student progress.
