Job summary

South Louisiana Community College is seeking a Campus Student Success Coordinator to assist students with enrollment guidance, academic planning, and access to resources. You will coordinate referrals, monitor progress, and engage students through proactive outreach across Enrollment Services and Student Engagement.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 3 years of related experience.
• One year of experience in Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, Admissions, Recruitment, or Customer Service.
• Ability to use coaching and advising to support student success.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Provide enrollment guidance and academic planning.
• Assist with orientation programs and outreach events.
• Document interactions and referrals using College systems.
• Support safety, incident reporting, and emergency response as assigned.
• Maintain student records and ensure FERPA compliance.
• Perform other related duties.
