Job summary

Iowa Valley Community College District is seeking a part-time Learning and Resource Center Associate in Iowa Falls, IA. You will assist students with LR Center resources, campus services, and technology support, including IT solutions, student IDs, proctoring exams, and lending programs.

Responsibilities include bookstore coordination, inventory, event programming, and daily operations. Strong communication and FERPA-compliant discretion are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred; one year related experience required.
• Experience in an office environment preferred; substitutions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with LR Center resources, IT solutions, student IDs, proctoring exams, and laptop lending; assist receptionist by answering calls.
• Assist ACCESS Online Bookstore; track textbook intake, pickup, and communicate availability.
• Develop and assess engagement programs to increase student participation; collaborate on campus/community programming.
• Support daily operations by maintaining the Panther Shop and inventory; complete sales through POS.
• Catalog and maintain library materials; track usage data for monthly reports.
