Job summary

Eastern Washington University is seeking an Undergraduate/Graduate Service Administrator for the College of Health Science and Public Health (CHSPH). This on-site role oversees retention, recruitment, holistic admissions, and student success activities, reporting to the Dean’s executive team.

The position supports CHSPH programs, coordinates marketing and engagement, and collaborates across offices to enhance student experiences. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (any field) required.
• Experience in event support and social media maintenance preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate undergraduate and graduate retention, recruitment, holistic admissions, and student success activities within CHSPH.
• Serve as a central resource for CHSPH programs with clinical experiences and program support needs.
• Develop integrated marketing, retention outreach, events, recruitment, and engagement activities in CHSPH.
