Aufgaben

• Serve as a welcoming departmental resource for undergraduate and graduate students.
• Coordinate student processes from entry through graduation with faculty advisors and offices.
• Support faculty advising by coordinating substitutions and other academic actions.
• Serve as the primary departmental coordinator for graduate admissions and funding processes.
• Track milestones and deadlines and communicate with students and faculty as needed.
• Coordinate graduate program processes including evaluations, programs of study, examinations, and defenses.
• Respond to student questions in person, by phone, and electronically.
