Montana State University is hiring an Assistant Dean - Student Success and Outreach. This role leads strategic planning and operational support to enhance recruitment, retention, and success initiatives for undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Education, Health & Human Development. The Assistant Dean collaborates with the college leadership to implement policies and represent the college in university committees.

  • Oversee budgets associated with student success initiatives alongside the college's fiscal manager.
  • Required qualifications include a master's degree or equivalent, experience in student recruitment, retention, or advising, and demonstrated engagement with diverse populations.
  • Starting salary begins at $80,000, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
