Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in student affairs or equivalent.
• Experience in advising and mentoring college students is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic advising and mentorship to students.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Student Success Center and academic programs.
• Recruit and supervise student workers in the center.
• Instruct a 1-credit course to help students transition to college.
