Job summary

Savannah College of Art and Design is seeking a Student Support Manager to serve as the central coordinator for student support initiatives, case management, department projects, assessment activities, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop and maintain systems that support student success, analyze trends and outcomes, and ensure departmental priorities are met in collaboration with the dean of students and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and follow-ups for students of concern with the dean of students, the director of student support, and the associate vice president for student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student cases and ensure confidentiality in all communications and records.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that promote student wellbeing, retention, and success.
• Work closely with department leadership and other SCAD partners to coordinate student support initiatives.
• Monitor student support workflows, case follow-up processes, alternative attendance requests, and missing student reporting procedures.
