Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years experience in a service-oriented environment or university setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to keep online students on track.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guide to ensure that students stay on track to meet their educational goals.
• Connect with new students upon acceptance to ensure readiness and address outstanding matters.
• Assist students in understanding and completing degree requirements.
• Assist students with appropriate course registration.
• Advise students on university policies and program requirements.
• Provide outreach to students who are at risk of not meeting satisfactory academic progress.
• Monitor students to identify at-risk scenarios and develop improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with university staff to address inquiries promptly while upholding policies.
• Guide students to develop accountability and adapt to new graduate life.
