Job summary

Walden University is seeking Student Success Coaches to serve as academic mentors and advisors for students. Coaches will work closely with approximately 120-150 students, providing the necessary support for their success.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in a service-oriented or educational setting. A commitment to student success and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a service-oriented or teaching environment.
• Strong commitment to education, counseling or coaching skills required.
• Experience with integrated technology systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to assigned students and support their academic progress.
• Communicate with students weekly and monitor their academic engagement.
• Advise students on time management and academic resources.
