Job summary

Community in Charlotte, NC seeks an expert generalist to guide students through a successful college experience. You will provide friendly, timely, and accurate customer service to students and staff, helping them navigate onboarding, registration, and college processes.

You will assess students' needs, use guided pathways to set educational and career goals, and offer academic and student support via technology and on-campus resources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with six months of related experience in a college or customer service environment.
• Or three years of related college, customer service, or administrative experience.

• Associate degree and six months of work experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment and/or 3 years of experience in a college, customer service, or administrative working environment.
