Job summary

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is seeking a Student Services Retention Specialist & Navigate Administrator to support One Stop services, retention initiatives, and Navigate coordination across campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in higher education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Navigate platforms.
• Ability to manage student data with confidentiality.
• Experience supervising student staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and regularly update training materials for One Stop student employees.
• Provide frontline One Stop services and resolve student inquiries across channels.
• Support campus partners with ongoing training opportunities for staff.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for retention initiatives.
• Coordinate Navigate alerts, cases, and communications across campus.
