The YMCA of Greater San Francisco is hiring a Student Success Manager to work with teachers, counselors, and administrators from SFUSD-COE. You will attend and lead student exploratories, maintain program documentation, and support opening/closing the school site.
Regular schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. The role offers $32.00 to $36.00 per hour, contingent on qualifications and grant budgets.

The Student Success Manager (SSM) will work as part of an interagency team and partners with teachers, counselors, and administrators from the San Francisco Unified School District and County Office of Education (SFUSD-COE). The SSM will attend and/or lead new student exploratories and tours and maintain program documentation and data systems required by grant funders. This position is also responsible for assisting with opening and/or closing the school site.
Regular schedule is Monday–Friday during program and meeting hours.
Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Th is position works in a school-based environment and regularly interacts with students, staff, families, and community partners. The position includes a combination of student support, program coordination, administrative work, and team collaboration. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support meetings, events, trainings , and program activities.
Th is position must be able to sit, stand, walk, speak, and use a computer for extended periods. The position requires movement throughout the school site and participation in classroom, student, and program activities. Occasionally, the employee may be required to lift or carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must successfully complete a background screening, including criminal and employment verification. Some positions may also require a credit check.

The Student Success Manager position offers a rate of $32.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience and is aligned with current salary benchmarking. Compensation is contingent upon grant fund approval and program budget availability.
