• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to communicate clearly to students, faculty and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise up to eight APPLE Corps peer success coaches.
• Develop and facilitate student success workshops for peer coaches and participants.
• Coordinate peer-led outreach to support recruitment, engagement and retention.
• Provide sophomore-focused advisement and support for year progression.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of co-curricular programming and events.
• Collaborate with program staff to align supports and strengthen student services.
• Create content for program communications and manage social media presence.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices.
