Job summary

Indigo Research in the United States seeks a Student Success Manager to guide high school students through research projects from topic selection to publication, with a strong focus on college admissions goals.

You will own the student relationship, coordinate with research mentors, and ensure progress tracks in the CRM align with personal and academic objectives, including university placement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of demonstrated success in student admissions counseling, academic advising, mentoring, or program management in a high-achieving educational context.
• Experience with US college admissions process and/or international education systems is a strong asset.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Program Roadmap Management: guide students and families through the customized research program, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Relationship Excellence: serve as the primary contact for students and parents, communicating progress and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Strategic Intervention: monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement timely interventions to get off-track students back on course.
• Conflict & De-escalation: handle high-stakes conversations professionally and empathetically.
