Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while following guidance from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students to foster trust, engagement, and growth.
• Support development of a safe, structured, inclusive learning environment.
• Leverage relationship-based strategies to increase participation in high-quality instruction.
• Assist with implementation of individualized intervention strategies.
• Support services and accommodations outlined in student support plans (IEPs, BIPs).
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff on performance and growth.
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership to ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding progress and goals.
• Document student progress and communicate recommendations for adjustments as needed.
