Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students to foster trust, engagement, and growth.
• Provide direct behavior support inside and outside the classroom, including hallways and cafeteria.
• Support implementation of individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
• Assist with behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and IEP accommodations with fidelity.
• Monitor student behavior and provide redirection and reinforcement of positive behaviors.
• Collect and document behavioral data and report findings to staff.
• Communicate with teachers and families to adjust interventions as needed.
