West Coast University is seeking a Student Advisor to guide prospective students toward healthcare career paths. You will identify students needing additional support and address concerns to help them achieve educational goals, becoming an integral member of the advising team and expanding our educational impact in healthcare and communities.

You will collaborate with campus departments, facilitate outreach, and educate students on policies while maintaining tracking systems for at-risk students

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one-year previous experience in student services.
• Experience with MS Office, data entry and multi-tasking.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate and partner with Academic, FA, Admissions, Registrar and other University departments on campus to service students in a holistic and comprehensive manner to ensure students are provided advising and support resources across administrative, co-curricular, and academic areas.
• Coordinate, facilitate and participate in student outreach activities, services, and processes in the areas of learning and retention strategies, advising, campus life to enhance student satisfaction and support successful student outcomes.
• Educate students on university policy and procedures, and program requirements, ensuring consistent, and accurate information is identified, shared, and applied.
• Utilize and maintain a comprehensive tracking and reporting system for all students identified as at-risk by implementing, monitoring, and utilizing early warning and intervention strategies.
