West Coast University is seeking a Senior Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students on their path towards a career in healthcare. You will be the first connection at West Coast University and support them through the application and enrollment process.

You will manage a high volume of inquiries, follow up promptly, document conversations in our CRM, assist with financial aid discussions, and help students navigate enrollment and orientation to meet admission goals.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of student inquiries and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
• Notate conversations with prospective students in CRM software.
• Send marketing materials to prospective students.
• Assist Admissions Advisors with obstacles such as childcare, financial problems, transportation, and work schedule.
• Help ensure Admissions goals are met and support conversion from inquiries to appointments.
• Guide prospective students through enrollment packets and discuss tuition and financial aid.
